The Swirling Vortex of Entropy

The apartment - Via Sforza -  is a lovely old world Italian apartment with an old stone entranceway, stone like tiles for the floor, plants everywhere… very picturesque. After our plane trip it was nice to come to this lovely place - once there was water. I was happy. While I am still happy it is hard to not mentally decorate and long for our proper apartment we will be staying in for the next couple of years.

Here is our current apartment. It is tiny. The laundry machine is tiny therefore we have to do laundry everyday. The cloths rack we use to hang up the wet laundry is huge and takes up most of the apartment. The rest is taken up by baby items. We tidy up every night and still it remains a swirling vortex of entropy. The TV has a USB slot so we have watched a lot of Big Bang Theories.

The elevator we use to bring Veronica down in her stroller is tiny. It only just fits the stroller and Mike. I will not go in it. I do not like tiny elevators.

Our room is not tiny but dangerous. It has 5 steps leading up to the “floor” where our bed and Veronicas crib is. These stairs have no railings and aren’t very big. We are terrified of tripping with Veronica in our arms. To top it all off, all of our luggage is partially open and spewed everywhere in the lower part of our room. We are slobs.

And thats our apartment.
