Weekend at Bernies

Yummy lunch! Eggs, salad, cheese, watermelon!!!

With each passing day it is getting hotter and hotter here. On Saturday I had intended to got to the mall but it was waaaaay to hot to walk there and back with Veronica. Instead I decided to break in our bright hello kitty, kiddie pool. Veronica got to wear her new bathing suit courtesy of grandma and grandpa and we put a little swimmer diaper on her. She was not to sure about the whole pool thing but we did play about 20 minutes. She just splashed around and tried to pick the pictures off the pool.



Sunday morning was my morning to take Veronica so Mike can sleep in. We alternate on the weekends so we each get a morning to relax. I just thought she looked so cute I had to take some pictures!! That afternoon was again hot but this day we went to the park. We were giving daddy some time to work so we swung on swings, picked dead leaves, fondled tree bark and clapped our hands. She is such a joy and I cannot get enough of her!!
