Last Tuesday Night after we all had a little nap at the hotel we decided to go for a walk. It was a great decision and one of the best things we did while in Greece. Our hotel happend to be right at the foot of the acropolis. We walked around at night, climbed a little mountain-hill saw beautiful views of the city as well as the parthenon and other ruins all lit up. It was really beautiful...
And then we went to bed... ahhh yes... Tuesday and most of Wednesday night was an absolute disaster with Veronica. Perhapse it was the travelling, being out alot, or just the new, horrible crib the hotel gave her. She would NOT SLEEP!! well, she slept, but not very long and NOT in the crib. The first night, Mike and I broke one of our rules and let Veronica sleep with us, in the bed. We had her sleep on a pillow inbetween us. It was very early and we were tired and fed up. Wednesday night was the same thing except this time I took two pillows, jammed them into the crib, rolled up spit cloths and put them between the pillows so it would be flat and thankfully once that was set up, she SLEPT!!!

| SANTA!! |
Wednesday we spent the morning exploring the acropolis. It was great! It was also a little funny because mike and i were in short sleeved shirts while most other people were in winter jackets! Ha! The weather really was beautiful. After the acrpolis we went back to the hotel for our afternoon nap and then went out again. We should not have gone out again. Veronica was not a happy camper. I tried taking a bunch of videos of her screaming but everytime I turned the video on she stopped!!! During our walk we ended up at the gardens. There was a winter wonderland thingy going on at the time... We found santa! Once Veronica works herself up in the stroller the only way to get her to stop is by carrying her. So I carried her. We went to a restaurant for dinner - excellent food and Ouzo! After dinner we headed back to the hotel for another sleepless night with Veronica!!

What was the Ouzo like? Did it taste like gasoline?
