5 MONTHS!! (Update - Uncle Stephen was right!!!)

Today is Veronica's 5 month anniversary!!! In honour of this occaison we dressed her up in her lovely bum fringe... which is a tad small but boy does she look cute!!!

Uncle Stephen was right... Veronica is going to be a MODEL!!! He made this comment the first time he saw her puke!!



Bum Fringe!!

On Thursday we had an excellent physio appointment. The physio therapist is happy with all of Veronicas progress - her arm is more stable, her neck straighter, she is putting weight on her arm and not falling over... It was really neat, the physio is starting to teach Veronica how to crawl. Yes she is too young to crawl but because she doesn't have much strength in her shoulder the physio is starting to help her get the correct movement so when the time comes she will hopefully have enough strength! It was encouraging to see this and to see Veronica respond well, in the past I hadn't thought Veronica would be able to crawl but now I think she will. It was really neat to watch the physio have Veronica try something, almost be able to do it, then the physio shows her and she does it. She learns really well and mimics her.

Back to the modeling stuff... The therapist wants to start taking pictures of Veronicas arm before and after it is taped. She is going to keep a record and then present Veronica at a physio conference for physios all over Italy!!! She was going to start taking pictures on Thursday but the day before V had pooped in her crib and it had leaked all over her.. up to the tape on her back. Hehe.. the tape was a light greeny yellow. The therapist did not want a picture of that!!
